Grand Tourio — not received free gift air fryer since last 8 months

I took the membership in the name of rakesh garg, in the month of oct-18 and i was promised that i will get air fryer within weeks time and some. Body will deliver at home, but 8 months lapsed and i had lot. Of communications and every time. Promised that will get in some time after lapses of this time. Not yet delivered

Now i am sending communications and tried to call them, but getting any response from them
