Date of purchase - 17/04/18.
Product - lg 1 ton ac
Model no - lg jsnq-12 puxa/1 ton
Material delevired on 20/04/18 after that on 21st april'18 company technician came to install the product & found it is damage. Then the technician informed lg company & i also informed to your company.
Complaint no is rnp[protected] which is registered at lg. As per their request that it will be solved by 7 to 10 days the company was not able to change the product & i was agreed to take other model by paying extra but they was not able to provide me.in this time i was regular touch with your company weekly min 2 days by phone. After that when it is not solved i personally went to your dalhousie outlet on 12th may'18 & agreed to take haire ac but still today it is not delivered. Today morning after contacting your outlet they are not in a position to tell me when ac will be delivered to me.
