I had purchased a sumsung 43"led tv from your g. T. Road howrah outlet vide invoice no. Hw/sa/1718/05339 dt.19/06/17 model no. Sumsung ua43ku6470 -43 led. The delivery date was yesterday, your representative send the item at 11.00 o'clock night moreover the item was unsealed. It is a demo pics. Now. Today morning when i asked him regarding his matter, he insisted to accept the same.
You are requested to kindly look into the matter., and solve the problem as earliest.

I purchased a fridge from Great Eastern Queens Road Jaipur. They received Rs.24700/- in cash and promissed me to deliver the fridge next day i.e. 21/6/17 by afternoon. Neither Fridge is delivered and nor satisfactory reply is given. It seems I have been cheated.
