Great Eastern Appliances — delay in delivery of ac

I have purchased an ac on 13/05/19 from great eastern dhakuria and it was supposed to be delivered today. However it is not delivered yet. I have tried to contact with them but noone picked up the phone for a single time. If this is the way they provide service to the customers they could have easily told us that there is not any guarantee of delivery. Perhaps it is one of my biggest mistakes to purchase a product from great eastern. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Same problem for me...I have also bought a fridge on 13/05/2019. They said that it will be delivered on 17 may to 18 may. Till now it is not delivered. Whenever I call them they say it will be delivered within one or two days. I don't know whether the money has gone wasted or not... 😣
