Hi great eastern, This is with deep sadness that i am compelled to write this email. I must let you know that me and my father had to face a lot of misbehaviour verbally over phone from a particular customer service employee in your shop. As an anonymous i will be writing this email because i do not want to reveal my identity and i just want to help great eastern grow and nothing else is my intention here. Please refer the voice recording where i was been told: 1. We did not go to your house to sell anything. 2. This is a mad family (On the background customer service employees laughing) 3. My father was very rudely handled and he being a certified senior citizen, i was anxious about his health. The customer service employee in the audio clip is : Ranjit (Works in garia great eastern) I had called this phone number where all this happened: [protected] P. S. : this is not an official email because my father even after all the abuse did not want the customer service guy's job to get hampered. But i would like great eastern to take some necessary steps. Please educate your customer service employees to learn the basics of talking to customers. My family have been loyal to your because of my brother and we should not be listening to all this stuff.
