[Resolved] Great Eastern Appliances — kent super star mineral ro water purifier | |||
I have bought one kent super star mineral ro water purifier (Model no. - gr[protected] kr[protected]) on 25th jan 2020 from great eastern chandannagar having an invoice no. Cmg/sa1920/06386. The product was delivered to my address on 30th jan 2020. The next day someone came from kent for installation and he only opened the sealed product which was delivered from the dealer and discovered that the uv ray tube was broken. That same person from kent filed a complaint and the dealer told that it will be replaced. Again on 9th feb 2020, mr. Bhaskar from kent (Request no.[protected] came to change the tube and install the filter. I used it for a few weeks only after that and i was out of town for one week in that also. On 3rd march 2020, suddenly i found that there is leakage from the filter and water is flowing out like anything. So i turned off the filter and was not using it. Again i filed a complaint in kent service center and the same person mr. Bhaskar was assigned (Request no.[protected] to solve the problem. When the person came i told that i want a replacement because within one month of buying the product i am facing these many issues so what will happen after one year. He told ok if you want a replacement you call the dealer and tell them that you want a replacement. I can't do anything in it because it's not supposed to be taken care of by him. I requested him to talk to the dealer and tell the same. He refused to do so. And he left doing nothing. After that i called the dealer they were told they checked with kent and no one has come from kent to my place as their record. So now they are telling me they will send someone to fix the issue and if then also i face some problem then only i will get a replacement. Was this information helpful? | |||
