Great Eastern Appliances — no response in product delivery

I have purchased an air conditioner on the last week ie, on 14th of june on great eastern, salt lake, kolkata through check payment.
But, as the check has already been cleared & payment has already been processed great eastern is refusing to deliver the package for no reason although the package is ready to be delivered.

After calling several times no response is being provided except misbehaving on the phone.

I have been harassed for no reason being a valued customer. So please go through this matter quickly & provide me a quick response. My mobile no. Is [protected].
