Great Eastern Appliances — not delivering ac

I went to khazipara branch where a buy a panasonic 1.5 toh ac on 10.05.2019 and i paid the full amount on that only nd i told the sales manager to deliver it on 11.05.2019 at that time he said it will be delivered but now 16.05.19 till now i didn't got my product and every when i call them they says it will deliver tomorrow every day and telling false status of delivery i have never heard that a product is loaded on truck for delivery more than 4 days. I think they will deliver it on winter very poor service.
