Dear madam/sir, We bought one ac machine (Voltas 123pzy-r/1.0 ton split ac-3s) on 21-04-18 through bajaj finance e. M. I facility. Till 23-04-18 it was not delivered to the given address. I called at the number (Mentioned in the finance order receipt) asking for the expected day of delivery. Also i enquired about the price of a higher capacity ac machine (1.5 ton) & if possible to deliver us that instead of the previous one. We would pay the extra amount. But the person named subir mukherjee who talked to me over phone was very impatient and non co-operant. Moreover he eventually cut off the phone connection suddenly & didn't receive my call anymore. I purchased a washing machine from Bongaon branch but they are giving the delivery of that product, when I asked for the delivery the sales tender person (Deep) misbehaved with me he will not provide the product though I have paid for the product. Neither he is refunding the money nor providing the product.

It's 11:30. Shop is closed at Ranaghat. We also least 20 people are waiting for shopping. Nobody can't tell the shop will be open today or not.
