I have purchased the fridge on[protected] vide invoice no mp/sa/1718/00385 from great eastern, keranitola branch, midnapore 721101... I was eligible for a gift item. But at the time of purchase they have not hand over the gift and said that gift items are out of stock, they will inform me whenever it get available. But after so many reminders from my side they can't help me out. Every time they told me to wait for some days. Now after more than one year passed still i have not got my gift.

This is my humble request to look into this matter and do the needful.
