Hello This is shilpi Sarkar I have bought a samsung a.c on 20.05.2017 from great eastern. I was told that the installer will charge 500 rupees however now the installer from Samsung called me and told it could be 500 / 1000 as per the model and 200 for angle charge and asked me to buy 15 amp plug.
