Great Eastern Trading — Booking Of 2 AC's | |
Dear Team, I made a purchase of 2 Voltas ACs from Great Eastern Baguihati on 6th April 2021.The sales lady (Sanchita Saha) committed me a delivery date of Friday 9th April. On Wednesday she calls and inform...she has errorneously taken a price which was for till March 2021, i.e. an additional cost of Rs. 1000 on each of the ACs had to be paid by me. If I deny for the payment she will have to pay from her pocket. I understanding it...made the additional payment. She then confirmed that the AC's shall be delivered on Saturday 10th April. On the said day of 10th April she again calls and informs only 1 out 2 ACs can be delivered. The second AC shall be delivered only on Monday 12th April, as there was some goofup in billing. My harrasment doeant end here. Now the story starts for the installation, where we had been informed that the engineer shall visit at 2 PM...then again the time changes to 4 PM...and yet again it changes to 5.30PM. My only concern is...why can't we make commitments that can be met by us?Why can't your sales person value the customers time?
