Great Eastern Trading — grievance: misbehaviour

On 7th january 2018 i purchased nikon camera model number d3400 from great eastern trading co. Sodepur branch, b. T. Road. Along with the camera they provided a charger mh-24. Within 15 days it is found that the charger has not been working. Since i have a journey at chennai by air on 23rd instant i rushed immediately to great eastern sodepur branch on 23rd morning from where i purchased the camera to inform them and sought help from the manager mr. Debabrata chattopadhay for its replacement or advice for same but it is a matter of great regret that he did not pay any heed to my request and he did not bother to solve my problem rather he was posing to be very busy which was really a cumbersome situation for me. I repeatedly requested him in front of all the staffs. One of the staffs ms. Satabdi of that branch told me to buy another charger by returning the damaged one and the cost of the said new one would not be accepted in front of cctv camera according to her statement. Since i did not have any time to spare further for availing the flight i got annoyed and mentally disturbed so i was bound to accept their proposal and took the new charger paying rs.2500 outside the store where the cctv surveillance was not there without any receipt. Under the circumstances could you please tell me why a customer like me would visit your stores bearing such type of idiotic behaviour and also why the charger is not under any warranty cover along with the costly camera of nikon d3400. I shall be highly obliged if you look into this matter applying your good offices and let me know the steps taken against my grievances which will also be forwarded to social media as well as the company concern.
