Great Eastern Trading — I am complaining about that my refrigerator is not delivered till now

I have purchased a refrigerator on 1/10/2018
My order number is kg/1819/so/08558
It was written on the chalan the date of delivery was 5/10/18 but still did not delivered by them
We have called and we went there they told that they did not have stock but at the time of purchase they told that they have stock but now they are telling that the company stopped making that product kindly plz help me
