[Resolved] Great Holiday Club — Cancellation of Membership due to whole family is fighting with COVID-19 | |||
Iam Ashok Wadawadgi from Karnataka, I have taken a membership from Great holiday club in Goa office paid amount of RS 90, 000 ON 1ST March 2020, after that there is problem in my family that we all family members (my self, wife, and Daughter) struggling with CORONA +, we all family members admitted in a hospital and the medical check up is going on, after 15 days I come out from the hospital and getting well, but my wife and daughter are still fighting with COVID 19, in this regard i have suffered a lot with finanace I tried a lot for collecting the money for treatment, but its big challange to me to arrange the money for the cause. In the meanwhile I noticed that we have taken a membership and deposited of RS 90, 000 in the GREAT HOLIDAY CLUB, I tried their GOA office, Customer care no, and Mrs DEEPALI, Mr JEETU who have given the membership to me, But no one has responded, then I get no of other offical from GHC They responded but told that I cant do nothing in this regard, I request so many times that my family is fighting with COVID 19 but she cANT, and I have sent so many mails to their email ID but no one is responding, once again I talk to the offical please give me the Higher authority CONTACT no so that I can speak with but she cant give any contact no, still WE are fighting with COVID 19 no one is responding from the GHC, i think they have NOT HUMAN BEING, and who the fellows are done a membership are mrs DEEPALI and MR JEETU have switched off their cells is it cheatig business from GHC .hello you all GHC officals if you as HUMAN BEING PLEASE HELP ME AND SAVE MY FAMILY.THIS IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST Was this information helpful? | |||
Jul 3, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved When we all our family members were in Goa for the tour a person come to me and took us to the hotel and he has given scrstch card to us told us to just scrstch it you will get BUMPER PRIZE so he wants cheat us then Mrs DEEPALI Cell no 9545434269 and mr JEETU Cell no 7507681431 have told us and took my credit card and transfereed the amount but I told give some time will think about package but they done it immediatly so its purely cheating case to my family so please cancel the membership and return the money to my bank account no
