Great Holiday Club — company sold membership without disclosing all clauses, need refund of our hard earned money

People of great holidays club, mgf mall, saket, new delhi sold their scheme to us without revealing and disclosing important information like annual charges of about 9k every year. We bought a membership from them for 5 years at 45k. The employees lured by talking all fancy things and not discussing main facts. I would like my money to be refunded back to me. Marketing people roam around the mall with gift coupons and then call people to sell their membership. They told us they organize complete package. However, later, we got to know they don't have tie ups with vendors other than accommodation. They are following wrong strategies to sell and making fool of people who end up paying their hard earned money to them.
