I became member of Great Holiday Club on 19th November 2015 at Rohtak City in Haryana MD Khurshid Alam was the Sales Executive the MAF No is 0001220 My details are as follows: Name Dr Anjana Rani Cash Receipt No 167 dated[protected] Mob No [protected] Email ID : [protected]@gmail.com DoB:[protected] Now they are not responding to our calls and emails. The call centre people says that Whatever is being told to us by Mr Khurshid Alam was all lie and the Great Holiday Club do not provide any such facilities Bookings are not available now there is no mechanism to contact and resolve the issues Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Jan 21, 2016 Great Holiday Club Customer Care's response Customer Care dept of GREAT HOLIDAY CLUB spoken many time to guest and on the request of Dr.ANJANA RANI FROM ROHTAK booking OF THREE NIGHTS at HERITAGE RESORT 9KM MILESTONE NH JAIPUR HIGHWAY BIKANER IN THE NAME OF HIS SON MR. DEEPANKAR GARG CHK.IN 24 DEC AND CHK.OUT 27 TH DEC 2015 HOTEL BOOKING ID [protected] was given but due their personal reason there were no show.
