Great Indian Saree Surat — authentic white saree

I had ordered said saree worth rs 1049 online on their website, after booking they immediately called to confirm address and told us that your product will be delivered within seven days. They had return & refund policy, we were made to understand that if you don't like product or if there's any change you can return the same and we will return your money via paytm or googlepay.
Surprisingly when we received saree it was totally different, immediately we called them and also messaged them via email and whatsapp but all exercises were futile as their mail address is wrong hence emails are bounced and they are not responding to phone calls and messages either.
This company is total fraud and their main purpose is to cheat people who buy online goods.
This should be resolved asap
