Dear Greater Noida Authorities, This is in reference to my commercial property purchased in SNG vardhman plaza, Express Way in year 2008. woud like to give you a brie[censored]pdate of the events taken place to help you resolve my issue. Property Booked date : 2010 shop no :TF69 project Name : SNG vardhman Plaza, Express Way Greater Noida property value : 14 Lac. handover timelines :by 2012. assured returns : @12% status of assured returns : not paid for over 4 years Reason for non possession : Partner Dispute between SNG and Vardhman. primary Contact person : 1)Mr. Harinder, RDesignation : Director in Sng Vardhman techno Build Pvt Ltd . Regular followup with his team at his office no : [protected]. mobile Contact Number no more responding not reachable, never responds or call back when message dropped at his office . We met him in Jan'2018 where he refused to handover SNG vardhman Palaza shop and wanted us to move to the new coming up commercial property named : I-valley, near sharda University greater Noida. Reason for the proposal to switch to I-valley : Dispute between the 2 builders (SNG and Vardhman ) and construction process on Hold til further notice . Looking at the situation and our financial problem as we have to start our business We even agreed to shift but with a condition to have a ready to move property, stopped responding . During last few visits, have observed that he has been showing arrogance and threats and making a mock of our judicial systems and they were in a refusal mode. The behaviour was not just limited to the director but the senior people Mr Naveen Roy .
