Greater Noida — gst | |||
Iam an nri. I purchased a small house from greater noida authority in the year 2009, on instalments, i was paying my instalments through online, greater noida web site. This time besides instalment amount 18% cst/gst was included. Iam already paying 12% interest on Principal amount. Now, i have to pay 18% more On my instalment besides two bank services charges. Now my instalment has gone up from 100000 to 134000. These charges are absolutely illegal, as per my opinion. I have written to gst council also, but fruitless. Rahul gandhi correctly said this is a gabbar singh tax. If this Is a tax system no nri will invest in india. It is a shame to bjp govt. Bjp will lose 2019 election Thanks.
