i am advocate residing at Sramasakthi nagar, 5-S Last Bus stop, Chinnamusidiwada, Pendurthi. Since one year street light is not working, i have number of times given complaint to the local Inspector, but vent vain. I hope this complaint will solve our locality problem.
I like to bring to kind notice that they are snakes in and around, due to that every one are afraid for walking after 18:00 Hrs, non working of street lights had made a mess in the locality.
The Pole Number is 25/B/5 (Old) and New Number is 25/B/11.
I hope a immediate action at your end.

I am residing at Dabagardens, narayana street .Street light is not working since last one month i gave complaint before also at that they rectified the problem but it was temporary fitting for tube light, before it was orange mercury lamp.at that time when they came to rectify i have questioned them to lighting men to keep the same lamp.but they refused me and they kept a temporary fitting for tube light.Please look into this and resolve the problem as early as possible and put orange mercury lamp.

Iam lodging a complaint on behalf of residents concern .The street light which was newly kept after HUD HUD is not working since the day it was installed. It is in the prime locality opp to APEPDCL CORPORATE office main gate opp street. The lane becomes so dark that in the night illegal activities are going on.Apart form this as this lane has become the approach to main road conectivity to seetammadhara and highway the traffic has increased considerably and became an accident prone area. Apart from this only one light out of three flood lights installed before APEPDCL CORPORATE office are glowing .

employers are not transford to any other place since many years, so they are feeling its our own & they act like that & they are not care about any matter and they are not do any work without money, if the money not put in their hands they do that work for months & years in engineering department of gvmc, visakhapatnam.

if any one ask about work, they says, give money for fast result otherwise you do work like "pasting of stamp, filling of records & transport the registers from department to department" inthis proce. we are lossing lots of time & finally we have to pay the money to the employers.

if we complaint to any higher official they are not care our complaint and they give support to them(staff) and they are also go with them for %, they gave a new abbr. to % of work tenders like this.

Sir, I am residing in GF3, Swarna Soudha Apartments, Ramanagar, Visakhapatnam, opposite to Raghu College and very near to Muncipal corporation office. Our adjacent (west side) house owner was dismantled his building and he is doing constrction work in that place. They dug morethan 20 feet depth by using heavy machinary for rock blasting and drilling. Since 8 months the work is going on day and night . Several times complaints were given to your kind perusal but the action was nil. Since one month from morning 9 a.m. to evening 6.p.m. they were digging the coloumns with rock drilling machines with diesel generators.Despite of several times informed to them they were not covered the surrounding areas and we are every day facing the flow of the cutting stones dust on us including in our flats.Old aged people are very much afraid with heavy sound pollution including the dust pollution created by my neighbour. We are surprised to note that they never kept any flexy board at the place of construction for which they got plan approved.Yesterday we complained the same with the concerned TPA and surprisingly received a reply that it is not their duty or responsibility, it is the duty of the Commissioner to attend the public for such sort of complaints. Sir in our apartment the pregnent ladies are scared with the dust pollution and sound pollution made by my neighbour.Please look into the matter at the earliest to save the public from dust pollution and sound pollution.
Past bitter experience was due to the negligence of the planning section staff nonresponse intime on public complaints, several buildings collapses, several workspots deaths and loss of public and their properties.pl initiate action sir.knraju.

We are residing in Allipuram area of Visakhapatnam-4. We are facing chemical pollution due to spray painting in our area for a long time. Due to this pollution we are unable to breathe fresh air and we are afraid of getting chronic diseases. The details for this pollution is as follows : In house no.:31-29-15, Govind Road, Allipuram, Vizag-530004, a motor vehicle spray painting shop (under the name of Naidu Spray Painting Works) is running and these workers instead of performing the spray work in a closed room they are doing the job in open air on the road and the spray is spreading in air in the area surrounding it. After a repeated requests to the spray painter and the building owners we could not find any positive result and finally we are approaching your help in this regard. We hope that you will take necessary action in controlling the pollution. This is our humble request to you to take our health into consideration. I, V.Rama Rao, General Secretary of Sita Enclave Apartment’s Association, Seethammadhara, Visakhapatnam-530 013, and I am also resident of the same apartment in Plot No. 306 state the following long pending burning problem of ours would be solved under your able control.
It is submitted that the inception of the apartment, the respondents, who are not even residents of this apartment, encroached the cellar and constructed 6 shops facing of the 60’ road by creating documents fraudulently and claiming right over the shops illegally. It is more clearly there are much deviation in the original building plan granted by the GVMC.
It is submitted that most of the residents of the plots in the said apartment parking their vehicles out side of the apartment due non availability of car parking place.
It is submitted that unless the illegal construction of 6 shops in the said apartment ought to be dismantled by your kind authority to restore the original elevation of the apartment according to original plan granted by GVMC.
It is submitted the respondent Sri. Prasada Raju, who is not resident of this apartment, having power and influence in this locality and created documents fraudulently and constructed 5 shops in his name and claiming right illegally. Like wise Sri. Srinivas, who is not resident of this apartment encroached another 1 one shop in his name and claiming rights illegally. And the said 6 shops activities are vulnerable and the said residents are facing lot of in convince.
Hence, I pray the respectable Commissioner, may be pleased to take action for dismantling 6 shops in the cellar facing main road and enable the residents to have much space to park their vehicle sufficiently and live happily, in which kind of action, I shall ever thankful to you Sir.

Due to inhalation of that smoke and dust, we the residents of Thagarapuvalasa are suffering from many respiratory problems and severe irritation of eyes. The vacant site beside the market is a green zone, but since no plantation/greenery is developed here, the vendors and market shops are dumping their garbage in this place including meat waste from the mutton shops of market.Earlier a complaint was lodged to your kind self when action was taken promptly and was cleared, but lately again this is turned into a garbage yard of the colony.my father is aged more than 80years and people of his generation are residing here, who will succumb to ill health in such unclean environment.I request you to develop this site into a garden and stop the menace of garbage dumping in this land meant for greenery.On enquiry we are informed that the sanitary inspector who is recently posted has advised them to dump the waste in this area. My complaint regarding high speed breaker laid in BRTS ROAD, OPP: POLICE STATION, GOPALPATNAM, VISAKHAPATNAM, CAUSING HUGE DUST POLLUTION, ACCIDENTS, NO WHITE MARGINS, RADIUM SPARK OWL LIDS ON SPEED BREAKERS INSPITE OF 3 COMPLAINTS.
