[Resolved] Green Dust — Refund of toshiba led tv | |||
I dipesh lodha (Mumbai) bought an toshiba 19hv10ze led tv from green dust Franchisee snehurmi enterprises on 20/11/13 after 2monthes its half part Of the panel was not working and did not show picture so complain on 16/2/14 the tv reparing person visted my place and found that the tv panel Was damaged and told me that it will be repaired within a week but after 10day when i called green dust call center they told me that call the main Incharge mr mahajahan ([protected]) then he told me to call mr arun incharge In mumbai ([protected]) mr arun told me (After 10 days) that "we do not have Panel of the tv so we may replace tv or refund u the amount" so i told them To refund the amount but when i called the franchisee (Snehurmi enterprises [protected], [protected]) for refund but he said"we do not have the policy of Refund i will replace the tv only if i give the tv at my shop and i will Give u the new tv after 7days" so i want consumer complaints.com to help me to get my Refund my self dipesh ([protected]) Was this information helpful? | |||
