This is to inform that i have booked bus tickets from bangalore to chennai on 4th oct 2019 to travel on 6th, oct 2019 by 11.00 am.
Since i'm not feeling well, i wanted to cancel the tickets. So i had called the green line operators to cancel but they informed before 24 hrs the cancellation has to be done. What policy is this? I really don't understand. When you do service for the people, you should show some grevience or courtesy towards the customers who travel with you. When all other bus operators have the option to cancel even before 1hour before travel, why can't you people have the same. At least this travel should have a refund policy. What is that 'no cancellation"
This is something you people are doing business only for money and not for the customers.
