Green Line Travels — made to travel 15km from the designated pickup point

My wife and i were not picked up at the pickup point mentioned in the sms. The driver made us to travel 15 km dangerously in the night to board the bus. This is a serious complaint as it caused physical and mental injury/harassment to us. I need a complete explanation and refund of rs.2000 ticket cost.
Sms received from the travels:
Dear passenger, bus journey details from adoni to bangalore on 13/10/2019 are pnr: 1941127, seat no: 14u, 15u, reporting time: 11:00 pm, boarding: adoni, address: near bus stand, bus no: 1652, driver name: greenline, mobile: [protected]
