Green Trends — dissatisfaction of customer service

Today morning at 9.00 am i called green trends, nellikuppam high road, cuddalore, tamil nadu, india to book my appointment for haircut and shave at 9.30 am. The manager replied that as morning cleaning is going on, he asked me to come at 10.00 am. I agreed and i went to saloon.

Still the cleaning was not yet finished or they had just started the cleaning i am not sure about that. The manager sent two barber to fetch their breakfast so i have to wait for 45 min. The manager was lethargic. Only when i enquired about them, he started to realize the delay and he called them and went out to search them.

I really fed up and i leave the saloon at 10.45 am without haircut. When i complained about this to a barber who was in work with another customer, he never cared about.

It was not the delay but their lethargic attitude towards customer disappointed me. As an employee in industrial sector, i know the value of customer.in the midst of huge competition in the word, only the excellent customer service will outnumber the other competitors.

If this kind of attitude continues, it will be difficult for them to sustain. Hope the company will take necessary action
