Green Trends — inefficient staff | |||||
I have been coming to green trends since its inception in chennai in mylapore. I regret to say that i had the worst hair cut last saturday in annanagar branch chennai. The person servicing did not have any idea what he was going to do to my hair. He was not even confident holding the scissors. He messed up my hair totally and it looks out of shape and horrible. Please understand a service like this if it was done in us the customer would have dragged gt to court. My humble suggestion to gt is that please recruit quality staff through proper recruitment process. Looks like gt has become money greedy due to its success and stopped worrying about quality service. Gt has started recruiting under trained staff and allow them to get trained using customers head. Gt please stop this.. You are not providing service for charity are you? If this is the attitude gt is going to have then let me assure your business will close down soon.
