Green Wealth Estates — Not refunding my money

We booked a plot at Guduvanchey-Potheri Abi Krishna avenue on june 12’2015 paying 10, 000Rs as booking advance and paid 240000 immediately after one week as confirmation advance.We waited for almost 2 months but still no progress with them for land registration .

We dont want to wait even more, we asked for refund.

But they refuse to refund the amount saying silly answers and keep us waited for refund day by day.
They are cheating and not providing my money back. They saying like they can give our money back only if any new customers come for buying the land. As it is Aaadi tamil month they asking us to wait even one more month. It is really irritating us and these people cheated us.
