Green Wealth Estates — refund not giving - sri sai avenue - mappedu - unapproved plots for sale

Hi sir,

Green wealth estate manager dhivakar and marketing guy - ramji show me one land on last october 2019. I like that land so i have given 10000 rupees and i am getting the documents from green wealth estate and started the legal checks... I have asked cmda approval documents for legal checks. But they didn't give the cmda approval documents...
After some days later they have asked me to see another plot but i don't like that plot. So i have asked my refund money. But still they are not providing my refund money.

Please help to get my refund money.
