GreenChef — gas leak, flame coming out of the gas burner

We purchased green chef 3 burner glass cooktop gas stove from the dealer on 5/11/2017. From the day i have been using this stove i smell gas leakage from the left side. The service fellow had come but did not solve the problem. He said everything is fine and our gas cylinder must be empty and that is the reason.
But our gas was just delivered in the month end of october. I am very dissapointed after experiencing such poor quality service. I am worried of saftey of my family, more over all the reviews indicate the same problem gas leakage.
