[Resolved]  Grocermax — Complaints against grocermax for selling bad quality and old products to customers

Complaint against grocermax for selling old and poor quality products (Ponds, nivea creams, laser razors, coke bottles, unicbic biscuits); through it websites which are unfit and unsafe for application on face as the packaging date showing on them is in 2014 and 2015 and more than 16 months old (Which is very old and as a customer i do not want to use old products as food or cosmetics which can directly damage our body and face;)

I wanted to first resolve this with grocermax which refused any exchange and offer help; it went so bad that i had verbal due on phone with customer representatives of grocermax; but so as it does not goes worse; i wanted to take this as social responsibility o[censored]pdating this with nivea before going to govt. Of india; and allow the regulatory system and governance to act against grocermax rather than me taking on fight against grocermax;

On 20th nov 2016; grocermax delivered order #[protected]
The order had 2015 manufactured ponds cold cream pack, 2014 manufactured nivea cream, 6 months old unicbic biscuits packs (2 in qty);
The previous orders no as[protected] had old laser blades manufactured 16 months back in 2015;
As a customer i am not happy with grocermax selling extremely old packaged products to customers and risk their health; and especially for cosmetics and food items this should not be allowed and is a criminal act by grocermax;
I plea to indian senior officials and nationals to resolve the matter and investigate the warehouse of grocermax and take strong action against them;
I have observed this over last year since i am shopping from grocermax that they have old stocks which they sell to customers and risk their health as if these products will not show the desired beneficial results and can also cause damage to customer using it;
As a proof, i have safely kept the invoice and the products packed at my home for supporting any case of audit and investigation if you make your mind to take action against grocermax;

This is also a case of cheating customer, disrespecting customer and needs action from officials of ministry of consumer affairs, food and public distribution; i am looking forward for cooperation from them and action on grocermax for selling these old products which i have refused as a customer but grocermax is not exchanging these with newly packed items as they lie at my house unopened and sealed;
