Grofers — bad quality moong dal. | |||
I had order food on grofer and it had send me worst quality moong dal of 1kg of 92₹ and when my mombis going to prepare it was found that there is bad smell is coming and also dal is of worst quality when l had asked for my refund and compensation they told me that you will not get any compensation. Why not? They will give me compensation if any people would eaten it and fall sick than who will provide doctors fees and responsibile for bad health. L want my compensation as l had small catering services through home. And one of my customer had saw me when cutting the packet of worst dal than he told you sold bad food and many more. It creates bad image in front of my customer. And effect my small catering service. My register mobile no on grofers.-[protected], name-ravi jhunjhunwala. They had not provide me any compensation. I am completely agree, with you. would be nice to listen what happens after that as I received the same thing today. I raise a complaint with them. If they disagree to compensate, then i will reach food inspection division and jagograhakjago as I have good experience working with them. My masoor dal is full of insects.
