[Resolved] Grofers — delivery rescheduled again & again | |||||
I had ordered on 18.03.2020 under order id-ord[protected] for delivery 22..03.2020 but they had re-schedule my order for 29.03.2020. Now grofers again re-schedule for 14.04.2020. It is unbearable. You can understand, in this time necessity of food for my family. I request you to resolve my problem and ask to grofers for deliver my order as soon as possible. Mar 30, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I had complaint to Grofers against re-schedule my order for 29.03.2020 instead of delivery on 22.03.2020 through toll free number 18002088888. But I had not received proper response from them after all I had to wait till 29.03.2020. On 29.03.2020 Grofers again re-schedule my order for 14.04.2020. I had called them on 18002088888 many times. After many request Grofers re-schedule my order for 05.04.2020. But I want my order now because Grofers providing delivery against new orders. I have seen in my neighbour. Even I had understand their problem and wait till 29.03.2020. I request you to put some pressure on them to deliver my order on time. You know already this time is very crucial.
