Grofers — late delivery and worst quality item | |||||
I always order my grocery items from grofers but they always delivered 1-2 days after committed date of delivery, and when I called to delivery boy they used very harsh language with me.Which is not tolerable.Its my request to take the strict action against Grofers so that they never cheat to other customers.Also they delivered Worst quality of Item. My order ID is ORD[protected]. The delivery person has just delivered the items which I have ordered. I started checking the item while the delivery person went down the doorstep and left my place in his car. I found the Arhar Dal is not there. It happened so fast that I didn't understand how and when he left my place.

Order ID: ORD[protected]Store Name: Super Store - Moti NagarMy order is not delivered, but the app is showing as delivered. Payment was made already but the order is not delivered yet. First they've rescheduled the order and then after they've not delivered my order and then the app is showing it to be delivered.
