Grofers — missing items on order | |||
I purchased items worth rs 4532 from grofers in grofers orange bag day sale. The items were delivered at 6 pm and was delivered in 3 plastic bags and when i checked items worth rs 751 was missing. I reached out to 2 customer executive and they completely refused to take my complaint. Grofers customer executive are completely refusing and calling me a fraud. I have been using grofers regularly for 3 years and stunned by the poor service nd customer treatment. I need a resolution. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||

I Have Order From Online Shopping Grofers On Date 9 Aug 2019. Order ID : ORD[protected] . Order Amount Is ₹5166 . Paid By Credit Card.The Delivery Date & Time scheduling Date 10- Aug-2019 & time Slot is 8:00pm -11.00pm. But When The delivery date Again & Again Change The rescheduling Date.
