I had placed an order on 11 august 2019which was to be delivered on 13 augsut time slot 4:00-7 :00 pm but it didn't then they have rescheduled it on 18th august after my arguing in there chat section it was rescheduled to 14 august 4:00-7:00 pm but it didn't got deliver than also and suddenly at 11:00pm in the evening i got a msg that your order is delivered which was not, i had informed this thing to grofers chat section they told me to wait for 24hrs and now when few minutes before i asked that what has e to my order than the answer came that your order is delivered and your problem is resolved at our section

I had placed an order ORD[protected] on 18 august 2019 and the same was supposed to be delivered on 23 august. On 23rd I received a msg that your order is delivered which was not, i had informed this thing to grofers chat section they told me that thew'll check and confirm. Later on the next day they informed me that they have checked and the order has been delivered. I raised my concern again and again for 3-4 times and the reply was the same.

After 48 hours they confirmed that there's some error and that's why the order has been marked as delivered. I received the refund.

But, my concern is that I placed the order in an offer period and so the prices were on lower side and now the prices are on higher side or they are out of stock.

I cannot accept the refund as a ssollution, because first of all I had to wait for 5 long days for my order then I had to keep chatting for 2 days to confirm the issue and now I have to pay more to get the same products or I have to wait until the products are back in stock...

These guys are making stories because I have read other similar complaints as well and I think that Grofers ran out of stock due to heavy demand during offer period and ran out of stock. So, to cover their incapability of meeting consumer requirements.

I want to ask Grofers a question if they ordered and paid for 10g Gold from an website which is supposed to be delivered after 5 days and in that period Gold price increased by Rs.5000 per 10g. On delivery day they receive a message that due to some reason they cannot deliver the order and have initiated the refund or you have book a flight to attend a meeting with the investors and on the travel date they cancelled your ticket and refunded you with the full amount. Now, in both cases if you'll place another transaction the price would be more due to dynamic in nature... Will you accept that???

I hope I have been made myself clear. Either I need the products to be delivered or I need the diffrence of increase in the price.
