[Resolved] Grofers — Refund not received | |
I have placed an order on 16th feb for an amount of Rs. 605/- under order Id ORD[protected] on grofers app..After making payment immediately I cancelled that order..After filing complaint to their customer support they asked me to wait for 5-7 working days..Now more than 15 days have been passed till date I have not received any refund. I am attaching the screenshot they have provided me. Was this information helpful? | |
