[Resolved] Grofers — the worst quality | |||
Hi, This has been a trend of grofers that they always delivered the worst quality of vegetables. I had bad experience in past and raised several complaints and evertime they only apologies and make a statement for not to repeat the same. Today i've ordered under reference gr[protected] and returned 3 items. There is no phone number to reach them at the same moment when we really need help. They have delivery timing since morning 06:00 but during that moment if a customer wants to highlight any issue then it's not their office timings.in returns they had grofers cash but i don't want it as i only want the best services. I'm a working girl and can't accept what has happened with this order delivery. The delivery boy was starting at me as if he has never seen a girl before. Moreover he was fighting with me for the change which is his responsibility to carry out. It was very uncomfortable and unacceptable behaviour from him. I have an intuition that he can take revenge of it because i did not accept his behaviour and raised my voice. It's scary and it's a mental harassment as you're fighting for silly things early in morning. I want an immediate action to be taken for it. It's very disappointing and frustrating when it comes to grofers services and moreover they can have more stores but they keep the same store (So called supre store) no matter how many complaints has been raised against it Was this information helpful? | |||
