Groupon India / Nearbuy — Coupon does not get cancelled | |||
It's to share that I bought a coupon for KRISHNA HAIR CLINIC IN PUNE, VOUCHER ID NW6MFE4. It shows 100% refund on cancellation but there is no option to cancel it. Pl do it at the earliest. The coupon was worth Rs 4000. Terms and conditions should be specified in the app. It's unfair to lure customers into buying coupons and then ditch them like this. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have purchased a coupon from nearbuy of zerry saloon using my credit balance of 150 rupees and my remaining amount was to be deducted from bank which was 148 rupees. Though all the above amount was deducted while purchasing, but I didn't got my coupon purchased. Please Solve the issue ASAP. As I have already taken the appointment.

Kindly refund my voucher NQEXGHB. As wanted appointed for weekend. But it was full. So had to go to other salon and spend more money.
I've booked spa and now I want to cancel it but I'm not finding any option to cancel it and get refund.it's written that we can cancel it and get 100% refund but I'm not even finding the option
