Groupon India / Nearbuy — Money deducted from my account but tickets not booked

I had booked 5 tickets for the great escape water park which cost me Rs. 2975.
I paid it with my debit card. My bank statement shows a deduction of the mentioned amount but I haven't received any notification or email regarding the tickets that I have booked.

Kindly solve this query as soon as possible as the offer is only till the 17th and I want to go on a trip with my family on the 16th of Oct.

I have purchased the order today but Rio salon denied to give appoinment and asked to cancel .
Please cancel and issue refund for the voucher : NSPMJPK

Also provide clear way to cancel the voucher from app itself

I took 3 voucher today but want to cancel as parlor person said it canbe redeemed on weekdays werin i wanted that weekend. Trying to cancel it in nearby app but there is no option to do in app. Please cancel my order and reverse the amount to my credit card asap.
