[Resolved]  Groupon India / Nearbuy — Pvr cinemas value voucher worth rs.500 at just rs.349

Hi i bought this voucher on 4th march 2016 and as per the voucher by paying 349 i can buy 500 worth of movie ticket.
I have used this voucher on 06-mar-2016 once and used 240 out of that and than i get to know that voucher i can not use second time for available unused balance.
While i was buying this voucher it did not mention anywhere that voucher is only for one time use, neither in voucher pdf which i get it from nearbuy. Even when i buy from pvr it not giving me notification about anything.
I already contact to customer care of nearbuy[protected] and talk with sandhaya she is refusing to let me use another time.
As in terms and condition it was not define anywhere that's why i bought this voucher, so i need that balance 260 back which i did not use it.

I am not satisfy with the answer,
i had conversation with Nearby representative, its a kind of same thing what i had previously.

they are emphasis on terms and condition that he mention in my voucher that i bought.
Go to payment page and click on the nearbuy tab and enter your voucher code. Now a discount of
Rs.500 would reflect in your transaction amount
but this not the full truth this does not mean that you can not use the multiple time.

when i as about that why voucher is not mentioning this thing than he says he will take as feedback and pass to the respective team,
this is not the solution, for your mistake why i should loose my money. i did not call this foe giving you feedback.

they also ask me if i have screen shot of than they will refund my money.
i really disappoint with this we are leaving in logical word, i am not buying kohinoor diamond that i have all the screen shots of webpage, very lame excuse from company like you, and you are still refusing to admit the truth that you missed that in your condition.

for reference i have attach new PVR voucher PDF which my friend just bought last week and that voucher have that condition. and when i bought it was no there, so its like due to mislead information i am in situation to loose my money which i did not used. i have highlight the teams and condition that is missing from my voucher.

look for voucher that i got, the second copy is what my friend recently buy, his PDF it is mention there but what i got in march it was not mention there.
you are not accepting your mistake, due to missing information i am in situation to loose my money, i already put my complain in Grahak Suraksha, Ahmedabad Reagion, you will get notification soon.
