I have purchased a voucher with code # njfryh2, i have not availed the vouchers since i realized the merchant is too far from place i stay and i tried to cancel the voucher, however the mobile app took me to redemption option instead. Now when i am trying to contact your customer service i was told they cannot help me.
This is not a fair way of doing business. Either refund my amount or provide me alternate solution instead of suggesting me going to same merchant. Was this information helpful? |
