But fact is they giving sales to marketing team, that team will give a negative commitment to the customers and same to me. But company general manager Rajesh call me and explain those things and also he refund the money. So people who take membership before you check the commitments are true or not with Rajesh . This is Magesh Kumar. I have taken Platinum membership in GRTT Holidays last month.

It's fake company don't ever go for this membership. Some group of team doing this forgery i guess. Before taking membership they will give more commitments, once you taken they won't respond at all. No 1 cheating org. I paid 12500 and they told they convert it to 0% EMI, but they didn't convert it and my bill got generated finally they asked me to convert it to EMI and they will pay the interest, that also false commitment again. The girl sitting in customer care service is worst no proper answer she says she will call back and cut the call whenever we ask something and they will say it's not our department. I got one contact number for EMI conversation, that guy also not answering calls purposely. So totally waste, not only wasting money you will get irritated by the people's working over there.

Here comes the main tragedy, I called for my first hotel booking initially they told like will collect max 800 per booking before taking membership and 4-5 persons can stay but they collected me entire booking amount rs 1700 during my booking, that too they booked after I called several times but they took money from me very first I called for booking and booked 2 sharing room for 4 people's, later I came to know they booked in OYO and collected same amount from me.After so many arguments I got changed to 4 sharing. So totally waste no use in taking this membership

I will be posting it everywhere, so that no one should be cheated again by these peoples.

Grt crystal holidays totally fake same paid 20 thousand but after that booking no response cant attend my call cheating fellow arvind only spoke to me. Attached my membership card lifetime

These is Prakash. Total useless and fraud. While making sales commits a lot but once sold there response is too worst. I am thought of filing FIR against these company so that innocent people don't get trap.

They gave membership for Rs.16000 and they said its 0% EMI. They deducted entire money. They don't have any resorts or packages or associated with them. Its totally fake. Don't believe these frauds.

We have to file a complaint against these peoples. we should not let these cheaters/frauds to alive in this world.

Total fraud company don't join people please be alert. I paid 14k. Same EMI scam. They didn't even response properly. Don't join.
