Gspc Gas — Too Late for Installation and starting of new connection

Hello, My name is Shahidhussain Shaikh and today, I want to complain against GSPC Gas. I have registered at GSPC gas for PNG domestic connection, with my father's name SHAIKH SAUKATHUSSAIN MOHAMMADHUSSAIN at the address : Malarpura, Opp. Kothari Society, Nr. Kharakuwa, Nadiad, Dist. Kheda, State : Gujarat, India, on Dt.06/02/2015 and my application number is 21158004. I have paid Rs.1100/- with receipt number RC/2012/120616, DD number 018948 for PNG domestic Registration Charge and Rs.1405/- with receipt number AA/2012/019576, DD number 018949 for extra Kitchen Point on the same date 06/02/2015. At the time of registration they told me that they would provide me the connection with supply of gas in one month, but after the registration and paid the amount which is required for registration and extra point charges at the time of registration, I didn't get any response and process from their side. I waited for the process for three month, but no process from their side. So, I had to go to their office which is located opp. Sardar Bhavan, Nadiad, Dist. Kheda, Gujarat for asking the reason behind the delay for providing the connection. Then, they told me that they were providing the new connection in three month with supply of gas. I asked them that it was already three month passed though why I couldn't get any further process. Then, they told me to call on their complaint number [protected]. I called on that number and ask for my above problem. They told me that they would process in one month. I called on that number three time and every time I heard the same reply. After 4 month and 15 days, their install pipe line at my home. They didn't install gas meter. I asked them at that time how long it would take to start my connection and for installation of gas meter. They replied it would take two or three days. But till today, there isn't any further process has been done by them. I called on above given customer care number and every time I got no satisfied answer from their side. If we will not pay the bill in the given time period, they are collecting fine for delay of payment of bill. Then, what should be the fine for the delay of their work? Only our side have to suffer and there isn't any action against the responsible person. Though, I paid amount, I have to pay double amount Rs.1200 to 1400 for gas bottle every month. Who will pay my this over charges which I am paying only for their mismanagement? Who are responsible for this? Are they working only for giving trouble and harassment to the customer?
