GTL Infrastructure — mobile tower noise and radiation

Sir, i'm here to complaint about the cell phone tower which is in residental area and close by my building which is causing a lot of noise and radiation which is hazardious and very close to residental buildings nearby when contacted the owner they say do whatever you can we' cannot help you.
