GTPL Broadband — broadband internet is not working

My internet is not working for more than two days and when i call gtpl customer service, they just say that it will be done but never say when. I am very unhappy this time with gtpl service. They even do not send engineer to resolve the problem. I kindly request you to help me resolve my problem as my all work is on internet and i can not do anything now.
