I have a connection in Varanasi in Vinayaka area. It's been almost a month since I have lodged a complaint to customer service. Internet stops working everyday in afternoon and evening. I get message stating technician will arrive to check and next second receive message stating issue has been solved.
How come they can solve the issue without any technician visiting even after requesting for technician visit while complaining about issue.
Have multiple number of local office but no one responds.
They have no idea about priority, each time I call and ask for look into this issue asap they say this will be looked within 3 working days, no matter what the priority is they just keep on repeating same thing. Was this information helpful? |
