GTPL — transfer of set top box no response | |||
We have requested for transfer of set top box on march 30th 2019 and operator took rs. 500 as transfer charges and informed that by monday your set top box will be started. Since then we are calling him day & night, either he mis behaves or sometimes gives false information that gtpl is not responding or most of the time not responding our calls, In these days we have made more than 100 calls to him but no response yet. We are fed up with the person and gtpl and would like to take back money if they dont understand value of customers. Very pathetic and discouraging attitude shown by even call centre.
