One day advance i booked a cab for going to air port, dehradun on 9th march 2018. Air port is about 35 kns from my home. Booking reference is [protected]. But at last moment cab was not provided. Just 5 minutes before i was told that cab is not available This is the worst thing. I could have missed my flight. If ola cab would have not been available immediately. Today, we traveled from JP Hospital Noida to Dehradun and behavior of driver- Naim Khan was very bad during journey. GTS taxi services should take care of such drivers otherwise they will spoil the name of company.
