I yashwant j. Bhatt residing at plot no. 566/b, vijayraj nagar, adarsh society bhavnagar (Gujarat) india wish to inform you that vide application form no. Bv[protected] dt. 14.12.17 and obtained receipt no. Aa/2017/91203 dt. 14.12.2017 for my payment of rs. 5, 118/- vide s. B. I. Cheque no. 612163 dt. 14.12.2017 and was promised to sanctioned the gas pipe line connection and will received in due corse of time as soon as they will start the giving supply of gas in our area.

With this i regret to inform you that supply of gas vide pipe line connection started in my area long back but for one or other reason till the time of writing this letter no. Connection is given in my residence. Several time i have made reminder for giving me the connection but remains my complaint remains unattended.
