Gujarat Gas — invoicing not proper | |||
Dear sir, My name is pradip dave having contact mo no:[protected] My gujarat gas surat customer no:[protected]. I have get gujarat gas pipeline connection in scheme of deposit payment through rs.200 emi in 2016. As per scheme i have to pay monthly emi + actual gas consumption charges in every invoice. Recently i have received invoice of amount rs.10, 264/-. I have contact gujarat gas for the same, they replied that they have billed minimum consumption charges invoice only and recovered only emi payment through my paid invoices. As per scheme gujarat gas has to raise invoice of emi + actual consumption charges which they had not done and now forcing to pay 3 years consumption charges in single slot. I opt scheme with the thinking to not burden single time high value amount Due to not raising proper invoice by gujarat gas i am facing problem of higher value payment in single slot. Please help.
